My main areas of commercial software development experience are split between:

• Developing SQL Server based business applications in .NET and maintaining / enhancing legacy Access systems, working with a wide range of office staff to automate repetitive / mundane tasks, automated reporting / invoicing systems, intranet development, etc.
• Applications in C#; tablet, desktop, server, Resful Web Api services and clients, ASP.NET 5+ MVC, EF6, LINQ, WPF, Forms, integration with NTPIPE/COM/AS400/DB2 etc systems.
• Working on maritime simulation systems implemented with C++/OpenGL/GLSL visuals and CUDA GPU processing, large LIDAR/tidal model dataset processing, Beckhoff / National Instruments instrumentation / controls, and .NET control and interface systems.

When I get some free time for personal software I develop an open-source gaming website system I started as a student called webDiplomacy, which is written in PHP/MySQL, a platform I still have a soft-spot for.
