I am a developer and I really like what I'm doing, most of all I like solving really challenging problems and learning new things, also I like clean and smart code (so I don't mind refactoring legacy code to be that clean and smart). I always try not to just do the described job, but to improve the project I work on as much as I can. I also worked as a manager for several years so I have interviewing and team leading experience.
