I am a fitness freak that has developed a passion for programming lately. I declare myself a total novice. I picked up Ruby on Rails recently (My first programming language)

I've got NO idea what I am doing and would love to learn how to program as I've got loads of ideas I would like to implement.

Would appreciate any help and please assume I know nothing! haha. So detailed instructions are appreciated
