December 2015:

Working in the middle of nowhere on a dairy, milking goat and cows 7 days per week, 12+ hours per day.

Was reading about bitcoin and not understanding the subject. Wanted a better understanding and someone suggested that I learn Python to dive into understanding the networks.

That was it. I love computer science and programming.

I wish that I had started this field of study earlier and I'm a little angry about that.

Professional full stack (MEAN) engineer

Moving forward:

Building with and focusing on immutable single state architecture (Redux), and functional programming that drives React components.

Learning to program with Rust. My world just keeps expanding and there's so much to learn. I want to use Rust to learn how to build and the basic workings of an OS, a web browser, a video game, and web sockets.
