Juan is a CTO with extensive experience in supporting organizations' strategic objectives through the design, development, and implementation of business applications, information systems, and Internet-based portals and Intranet. Juan has experience developing solutions based on Business Process Management (BPM). During his career, Juan has developed more than 50 projects implementing distributed systems, transactional and high-performance applications in corporate environments.

Juan has experience as CTO, R&D Officer, PMO and Director of Development Groups. He is also interested in Agile Development Methodologies Software, mainly SCRUM, and he has experience in MSF V4.1, TFS and Visual Studio Online.

Juan has a broad technical knowledge, mainly in Microsoft stack, especially in .NET framework new technologies as Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), MVC and Entity Framework. He also has knowledge in Objective-C and development of mobile solutions for iOS with backend services mainly REST with JSON.

Juan has experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (Paas), Software as a Service (SaaS) and Software plus Services (S+S). He also has experience in Cloud Computing stacks, especially focused on Rackspace and Windows Azure solutions

Juan has experience in usability analysis and user experience applied to the development of software applications, websites, and mobile devices. Juan is a lecturer in technology events.
