Hi, I'm Jennifer. I am a web developer and life-long learner. After living overseas for the last 13 years, I am settling into the greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. Most recently, I have been working on an application that has an AngularJS front-end with a Rails back-end.

In order to help a student that I was mentoring, I began to learn more about developing websites. From the moment I began to learn how to code, I have not stopped! The experience cemented in my mind that web development is what I want to do, and I am eager to apply my learning in a new full-time position.

In addition to the university level courses in technology that I took as part of my Master's Program in Library Media Education, I have independently completed programs through Coursera, Free Code Camp, CodeSchool, Skillcrush, and more.

I am a recent graduate of the Learn Verified program through Flatiron School, a Full Stack Web Development track, and my web development experience includes building responsive websites using Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Wordpress, and JavaScript.
