This is some of my achievements and tasks I used to do:-

Achievements:-

• Decreasing ClearDay for Mac size by 20% by replacing OpenStreetMap with Apple maps and adding new features like Widget & IAP.
• Decreasing search time from 3-4 seconds to milliseconds by using indexers (Sphinx) and as a result removing 30 MB of local DB from the app.
• Decreasing response time & decreasing servers costs by enhancing and removing unnecessary calls.

Tasks:-

• Managing team using Scrum Methodologies like Scrum and XP (ScrumMaster role).
• Assign tasks for team members and monitoring the progress.
• Building the code architecture and working on development.
• Controlling and managing resources (Human and Technical ones).
• Suggesting features and marketing research.
• Managing and integrating team's work.
• Tracking and checking for memory performance using Instruments.
