Philippe Mulet is presently the lead architect for IBM Bluemix DevOps Services, a software development solution on the cloud that supports continuous delivery, and integrated with IBM Cloud platform. Before he was the technical lead for the Jazz Platform (2012), an integration platform for transparency, governance and measured outcomes for heterogeneous ALM environments. Until 2012, he was leading the Jazz App Frameworks, the common platform for Jazz CLM products. In previous lives, Philippe was leading the Eclipse Project (2007-2009), after being involved in Eclipse since its inception, leading the Java tools for Eclipse (2005-2009), and authored the integrated infrastructure of the Java tools, and specifically its Java compiler. He was also involved in Java Specification efforts. In 2011, he received the ACM Software System Award for Eclipse. Prior to this, in the late 1990s, Philippe owned the compiler and code assist tools in IBM VisualAge for Java Standard and Micro editions.
