Hi! I am originally from India, living and working in Germany. I am developing software to control electrophysiology equipment as well as record data from such equipment (similar to PatchMaster or Open-Ephys). I am developing the software in C++
using Qt
and Visual Studio
. I have already made a fully functional software in Matlab
and all major algorithms are already developed. The main reason to move from Matlab
to C++
for final software was because of the high flexibility and faster response time offered by C++
compared to Matlab
.The main features of my software will be high degree of automation, ease of use, high precision, fast response time, and simple, modern, and highly functional GUI.
I have been living in Europe since 2014. I did my masters in Nanotechnology from KU Leuven in Belgium and currently, I am doing an Industrial Ph.D. at npi electronic GmbH in Tamm and enrolled as a Ph.D. student at Saarland University. I have experience in Modern Chip Design (5 nm node) which I gained during my masters. The hardware I am controlling through my software is designed at the company I am working at, and the control of the hardware is provided through a DAQ board.
