Hello, my name is Igor and I am a Middle PHP Developer from Ukraine. All the data about my abilities and experience is presented below.
Profile
I was born and live in Ukraine. I am 29, and I have been closely connected with programming for 4 years. I am developing my own start-up, but it does not take much of my time. So, I am open to your suggestions.
Experience
FULL STACK Web Developer, 247Labs - 2017
PHP Developer, Upwork; Kiev, Ukraine — 2015-2017 After I had completed my studies, I started earning as a Freelance developer, based on Upwork, where I continue working till now.
Front end Developer, Web Agency "Magnit"; Kyiv, Ukraine — 2014-2015 Writing WordPress templates, landing page slicing I was responsible for all ongoing projects redevelopment and support, related to their Front end part. Basically, all the projects were implemented using CMS WordPress. However, there were conventional Landing Pages as well.
Education
National Aviation University – Master, 2010
Skills
Front end HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript / jQuery – 3+ years experience. While developing a web application’s front end part, I follow the rules of valid, cross-browser webpage slicing. I use Sass and sometimes Jade technologies in the process. I almost always use Gulp / Yarn to compile a project.
Frameworks
Bootstrap / Angular / Vue – It is now difficult to imagine modern and fast webpage slicing without Bootstrap, especially for MVP. Backend OOP PHP / MVC / MySQL / LAMP – For 2 years, I have been implementing all my projects, using these technologies, on DigitalOcean servers which I myself fully configured. Using OOP and MVC helps me make my code easily scalable and serviceable. Frameworks Laravel – Learning Laravel and its ORM has allowed me to save a lot of time. In the future, I plan to expand this list and add Symfony, Yii, and possibly Zend to it.
Workflow
GIT / GitHub / PHP-storm / MacOS / Composer – Nowadays, it is difficult to imagine a developer who writes a code in “Notepad”. So, I do not belong to such people either. I have to use Git and GitHub on a daily basis because I often switch between iMac and MacBook. I liked PHPStorm since I first saw it, and since then, I have been using it for 3 years.
