My job is to make other people’s jobs easier.
My strengths are technical writing, technical communication, and training, leveraging my diverse experience that includes database development, UX/UI, systems analysis, web development, and object-oriented programming to provide whatever data and information is required by customers, both internal and external, in order to accomplish their goals.
I am a presenter for SQL Saturday (now Data Saturday) data conferences and a blogger covering various professional development topics, including (but not limited to) documentation, communication, career development, and UX/UI design.
