• Grew up as a Navy Brat
• Started my software development career in 1994 as a FoxPro for DOS programmer
• Graduated to ColdFusion (for a couple of years) in 1999
• Thrown into C++ around 2001 -- Never really caught on for me
• Moved on to Java after that -- pretty much my primary development language to this day
• Found Jesus Christ in 2010 (more like finally saw what was there the whole time)
• Started working web applications in 2011
• Dabbled with PHP (not much, but I can say I've done it)
• Currently writing a lot of JavaScript with Dojo
