My name is Otei Arthur and I am a web developer/Software Engineer from Africa (Uganda).

I have been practically using HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and PHP for a long time but I have never truly taken a job as I was focused on school where I have been learning software engineering.

Also technology hasn't really caught up in some parts of Africa including where I am from, but that has never been a barrier to me, I am passionate about programming and I hope through it I can make my mark in this world and also help influence my fellow Africans.

I am hardworking and open minded and always watching out for the latest trends in technology. I am skilled and always ready to learn new things. Hopefully getting hired by you, will open up more opportunities for me and also help me build up my skills to a professional level.
