I make music, am fascinated by augmented reality, and started studying computer science / software development in mid-2018.

Regions of study so far in order of confidence are: Javascript/HTML/CSS, C#, Python, OpenCV, C++ and OpenGL.

The journey started when I suddenly had the itch to make a video game. Some sort of top-down, low-resolution adventure slasher. So I searched up how I would get started and that landed me on a Unity course on Udemy. I followed that course for somewhere between 6 to 10 weeks, learning C# along the way, and stopping by Microsoft Virtual Academy to sharpen that up a bit. I got interested in AR and began studying ARKit and making simple AR apps on my phone, but since I'm fairly inexperienced I've decided to focus on web development--the learning resources online are much more robust for that.

Incorporating music and artfulness into my coding adds the promise of a lot of potential beauty to come. Programming feels like coming back to a home I had never been to.
