good handle on SQL from a application programming side. from an architecture and administration POV, SQL experience is novice to intermediate level. Also have my hands in R, Socrata APIs, Twitter APIs. need to get my Javascript back up to speed, learn Swift and iPhone (no Android phones lol) app development.
