I am a Software Developer at a large media company where we primarily use Microsoft’s technology stack. My coding efforts go towards both server-side (Windows services, web services, database) and client-side (ASP.Net, WinForms, Silverlight) development. Our primary business domain is digital asset management for our broadcast and online production groups. Our group of systems manages the cataloging, searching, delivery, and transcoding of various digital and analog assets spread across international regions.

Awesome, now that that bit of business is out of the way I also want to tell you that I have a 6 month old German Shepherd named Darna. It's great fun training her. Plus, it teaches me the value of patience - a virtue that's especially needed while working through a particularly ginormous bug I got myself into. I also have fun cycling, playing tennis, going to the gym, drinking coffee, and being an often times anal-retentive geek.
