I am a web developer since Battlefield 2142. At that time I was the only person who could find the on button on the computer tower if the light was switched off, so they selected me as the chosen one, who has to develop the gaming community page.

That was the first step into web developing. Since then it just was a single escalation in learning more technology.

The next big step was doing projects in TYPO3. That's the NAVY Seals training for web developers. It doesn't test how good you are, but how much pain you can stand.

Then finally I was able to free myself from the bonds of tiny budgets, terrible project planning and old annoying software frameworks to well organized, modern and quality driven inhouse development.

Now I am building our shop system in Slim, doing all the backend and frontend stuff. Playing with new technologies and everything.

In all that years, very often I chose stackoverflow to get the answers I needed and today, with years of experience, I thought it's time to give the community something back.
