I was sitting in a chair staring at a overweight professor who is supposedly teaching me a theory. The professor is standing in front of a class of about 10 student sipping his coffee as he spits words out of his mouth. All the while I'm staring at this overweight man and thinking the higher education system is running one of the biggest con jobs in the history of America.

I am a self educated developer. I do have a formal education in the social sciences and some business. I believe with motivation and a private tutor someone can learn anything including programming languages. I will not continue down the path of formal education ever again because its not the most productive learning practice.
