I'm an experienced engineer who loves being challenged by mission critical projects. I’m curious to discover new ways of doing, combining and integrating new knowledge.

In my career, I’ve faced very different challenges like the redesign of a big financial back office application, prepare a foodtech startup for large scale growth and the founding of a tech school. I'm also used to work in global teams.

I'm specialist in public and hybrid cloud solutions with wide experience with AWS environment.

In my current position I'm responsible for leading a team of 20+ people organized into different projects, responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables and co-ordinate with outside stakeholders to schedule meetings that don’t interrupt development time where possible using the framework Scrum.

Also I do 1-to-1s with my team and 360-degree feedback. Responsible for overall IT headcount, technical interviews, on-board new hires, definition of OKR's, code review and guide the team to follow the good practices.
