Into open-source technologies and have over the years worked as Ubuntu system administrator, Postgres/Mysql database integrator, Python/Php Back End developer and HTML5/CSS3/Javascript/Jquery front end developer. Native apps were mostly in Swift but recently also using React and React Native.

Recent technology stack implementation include Laravel 5.6 PHP backend using VueJs as the front-end Javascript framework with Bootstrap 4 interfacing to a REST Api with a Postgres back-end Db hosted on AWS using ECS Docker containers. All managed through branches and pull requests in Git repos to create a fully automated pipeline to achieve continuous integration and deployment. Issues tracked and managed with Jira.

I have lead startup projects from conception to production ensuring agile design and development along the way towards stable, well-tested production software hosted in high-availability, open-source server environments.

I believe in visualising new designs quickly enabling stakeholders to interact with a concept at very early stages and I well understand the importance of remaining flexible and adaptable to sudden changes in milestones, scopes, resource requirements and development targets.
