•   Developing and maintaining powerful business software applications using PHP;
•   Using the latest technologies, in keeping up to date in current applications;
•   Working with MVC design patterns and frameworks;
•   Development, optimization, documentation, reporting, review/testing and application maintenance;
•   Experience of the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification, authoring, to development, testing and delivery;
•   Deliver robust code with sufficient error handling and status logging capability;
•   Deliver high quality, commented code and functionalities;
•   Discovery and implementation of bug fixes; 
•   Respect internal company / industry standard coding rules and standards;
•   Working closely with the QA team;
•   Provide status and feedback to management.
