I'm a late bloomer in programming.

I Started on a Commodore 64 in the eighties (RUN *.* to get Paperboy and California Games running), moved on to DOS in the nineties to play Doom and the Quest For Glory games.

I denied being a nerd for a long time, played a lot of music, then I started having kids and realised there was a glass ceiling on earnings in the regular guy Music Industry so I re-trained as a 35 year old and became a programmer, acknowledging my nerd tendencies.

I'm programming mostly in Javascript (Node, various frameworks, vanilla) along with HTML and CSS. I dabble in other languages when required by my job (Ruby, C#, C++, Objective-C, various Operating System quirks). And, like most people, end up changing config files on a regular basis.
