I enjoy projects in which I have contact with interesting topics and nice individuals. I believe good team synergy comes from having people who are not only good software engineers but good people. I enjoy teaching and learning constantly, so I'm attracted to projects that allow me to do that. I want to write software that improves people's lives by saving time, energy and effort. I keep side projects active all the time so that I can pursue ideas that come to mind at any moment, and I think my professional projects benefit from that approach. I like to spend time reading science fiction, fiddling with hardware and spending time with my wife and son.
