Mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Maryland College Park. I currently work at a Mechanical Engineering consulting firm where I do design for healthcare facilities and hospitals.
I have been in to software development since I was 12. Started out making silly little hacks for some of the games I played and it just developed into a hobby that I have used to assist my educational and professional career ever since.
Python is my go-to scripting language - I use it for the majority of the small tasks I do including data analysis, machine learning, web scrapping, etc. C# is what I use mainly for production level items. I create add-ins for CAD software using c# and distribute them to my coworkers and people across the globe to assist in streamlining engineering design. The main software that I write add-ins for is Revit, which is a crucial design tool used in the architectural and construction industry. I also write lisp scripts for AutoCAD when need be.
I thoroughly enjoy programming and always will. It's definitely my passion in life. I'm always looking to increase my technical knowledge and learn new platforms and languages to support the demands of my professional career.
My main areas of interest are web scraping, data analysis, machine learning, low level networking, low level computing, Revit, and AutoCAD API's.
