I'm a coder but ironically I don't get to do that much coding at my "coding" job; it's more about implementing 3rd party code. My first program was written in 1980 on an LNW80 (clone of TRS-80), and at the time, Zork was all the rage so of course I attempted to write a text-based adventure in TRSDOS BASIC. I was 11; I wish I still had that code.
Currently I'm a big unapologetic PHP fan and I love cowboy web development. My latest project is a family/personal finance website called The Bucket Dream which I use for my own household, but is also available free in beta. I don't know if I'll ever be able to monetize it; that's where my laziness comes in.
