I have joined the current employer as Web Designer and rose to the position of Programmer & Analyst. My roles are:

 Implementing project plans within preset budgets and deadlines

 Understanding needs, requirements, and expectations and devise solutions accordingly

 Heading service delivery functions, to ensure end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests

 Coordinating needs / enhancements, customization, software-related issue to provide solutions in adherence to delivery schedules
