I've been working as an applications developer for a local call center since November 2004. Most of what I do for the call center is building out call scripts and integrations between the call center's client systems and the call center's entry system (which I built and have been maintaining since 2018. This position brings a plethora of different types of projects including web and web services development and design, application design, Windows Services, and API integrations including payment gateways, call routing, order fulfillment, media agencies, etc.
