Hi. Coding is a university hobby which has grown into my career. I started engulfing Java from late 2000’s making a simple organizer app for my Nokia 6300 and then extending the experience into a simplistic ‘tank’ game. While studying for Radiophysics faculty the subject I enjoyed the most was creating lab calculation application in C++, some of them are in use there up to date. My favourite language is Java (although I'm a big proponent of alternative JVM languages such as Groovy, Scala and - especially - Kotlin). Apart I can handle C++ and C# with references, have a certain degree of understanding with Python. I have roughly 6+ years of industrial software development, most of which I spent on business and banking Java Enterprise apps and some - on building mobile apps. Among my achievements is successful role in development of inner company bus trips for EPAM Systems Ukraine, a pet project Rogue Republic where I took part as a team lead for 6 people, rebuilt a paperworks project for one famous American company, part-timed as a dev-ops and teaching Java and Java Enterprise numerous Junior developers. Despite having seen the early days of J2ME, I am always eager to learn and try brand new "hot" technologies such as functional programming and Vaadin in case they will be beneficial for the specific project. No developer can know anything what's hot and actual for today, so I consider my strongest feat is eagerness to learn new things fast. Apart from that I run a small developer's blog which I hope to publish one day as a book.
