Hello. My name is Ben Paddock and I am a Digital Creative Director, Product Designer, Design Mentor, and sometimes Developer.

I am the Product Design lead at Extend Enterprises, where I put a premium on user-education and empathetic design practices.

Previously, I was Design Director at Blenderbox.com, an interactive design agency that specializes in mission-driven organizations, non-profits, education design, and civic work. In my time there, I led multi-disciplinary teams in creating innovative, complex products, applications, and websites. I have a deep interest in educational design, and have recently gotten into data visualization design.
