I'm Kaji Rafiqul Islam , working as a Solution Architect and having 14 plus year of experience. I'm responsible for entire product life cycle form initial phase to deployment on production.

1. initially setup few warm up and grooming meeting with product owner and other stakeholders member and our higher internal member to understand and get a clear picture on requirement, scope, time line so on. this the must critical phase ,must be clearly capture all data.
2. Then I am responsible to create a draft copy of project roadMap and budget sheet.
3. Review both project road map and budget with internal higher level team.
4. setup meeting with product owner and obtain approvals on project roadMap and budget planed
5. Setup planning meeting with stakeholders about EPIC and DROP and sprint on each EPIC
6. providing solution on Design Wireframe and development on coding
7. Involve on Spring planning , daily scrum meeting , Retrospective meeting and other client meeting
8. Preparing appraisal form for my team
9. I am responsible for whole deployment activities from dev environment to production environment (Dev ->Temp->SIT->PreProd->GoGreen->Production environment (2)).
