Dinobi Kenkwo is a Nigerian Software Engineer with a Bachelors degree in Information Technology and 7years of experience, actively building scalable web applications that solves real human problems across different industries for companies of different sizes using Ruby and Golang.

He currently splits his time between a full-time position as a Senior Backend Engineer at a Cryptocurrency Exchange, growing the tech. community in Nigeria through regular technical meetups and standing as a lead tech. consultant for a healthcare startup that seeks to help hospitals and medical centres address the shortage of medical specialists.

Prior to this, he worked as a FullStack Software Engineer at Andela, one of the leading IT Consulting Companies best known for integrating the best Software Engineers in the African continent into international engineering teams, where he had the opportunity to work with the largest payment gateway in Thailand, became the highest Andela individual contributor, and helped upsell 9 more Andela software engineers into the Omise Co. team.

He is very passionate about technology, health, people and the digital economy, hence, he prefers to find myself where all four confluence, and in his spare time, he can be found coaching/training aspiring developers (especially women and children), writing technical articles for beginners on his blog, solving algorithm challenges online or attending hackathons, of which he’s won a few of them over the years.
