My role and responsibilities encompasses those of a team leader, software architect, manager and senior software engineer.

In my current position, I am in charge of the day-to-day business of the software development group. This role involves maintaining relations with other groups, maintaining relations between members of the software group, implementing and reviewing procedures for the software group, software architecture design and implementation and mentoring.

On the technical side, I have a proven track record of comprehensive and solid designs that I can easily demonstrate with plenty of examples.

Leadership, strong organizational skills, flawless work ethics, patience and excellent communication skills are qualities that are required by my role and that I can demonstrate with my achievements.

I am a very creative person who strive in complex problem solving situations, be them n the technical world on in the human world.
