Currently in postdoctoral work at the National Institute for Research in the Amazon (INPA/2022) linked to the project "Corona-omics: National Network of genomes, exome and transcriptome of COVID-19 to identify factors associated with the spread of the epidemic and severity".

I have experience in molecular biology (nucleic acid extraction, PCR and electrophoresis), analysis of metagenomic data from shotgun sequencing (taxonomic, functional and diversity analysis), analysis of epidemiological data (risk factors associated with diseases of viral origin) and use of programming languages (R and Python) applied to data analysis.
