I am a certified ITIL expert with about 17 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Service Management.In my current capacity, I am consulting as an ITSM and cloud computing Process Architect(Delivery Manager) for designing and implementing cloud services and workflows. In the past, I have worked with industry majors such as IBM, HP, CA and NextEra, building a very rich experience in service delivery, Cloud Migration, process development and improvement, people management, storage, networking and client relations. I also hold an array of relevant certifications such as AWS, ITIL Expert, ISO, Cobit and Prince-II. On the personal front, I am a strong communicator and influencer and have taken up several opportunities to mentor others.
