I'm a systems biologist studying the principles of self-organization at the interface of cell and developmental biology. Currently, I work as a postdoctoral research fellow in the Mayor lab at University College London.

My computational experience covers (bio-)image analysis, data analysis, microscope automation, machine learning, modeling and simulation, and random stuff I try in my free time. I almost exclusively work in python. I also have experience organizing and teaching coding courses on basic python and scientific computing.
