I found that I should be a programmer from the very beginning. So I'm trying to shift from network things to programming, or hopefully ace at both (though it's tough to catch up with both).

I have the passion to code, so I'm trying to invest my time in learning programming concept, but I still have to do my primary job as system administrator and keep up with new thing (or even to be close). But it's complicated, and I feel that I'm lost.
