I am a third year Math Major/Data Science Minor at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Despite having a strong love for mathematics, I have come to realize that being equipped with just the knowledge I gained in my abstract math courses was not enough for me to contribute to making a positive change in the world. Therefore, I began to pick up software and different programming languages driven towards processing, visualizing, and modeling data. I have become an adept programmer in Python, R, and Java which has allowed me to complete several data science projects which have incorporated hours and hours of data cleanup, exploring questions about the data and answering them with appropriate visualizations, and creating a machine learning model to make predictions based off training such a model on certain features of the given data set.

I am currently working as a Data Science intern at Keysight Technologies.
