I am a software engineer working on web applications and web infrastructure. I have been in software development for over 5 years. I started in the tech industry with internships and part time positions during my undergraduate study. I currently work as a full stack software developer and have worked on several projects and with several teams from building small to large scale web applications as well as stand-alone applications. Most of my teams that I have worked with utilized agile methods in carrying out projects and as such I am a certified scrum practitioner with Exin, a Dutch company which certifies IT professionals worldwide. I am also involved in a lot of open source projects and I currently have some node packages published on Node Package Manager online repository called controller-generator and unique-value-generator. A day in my life may involve: building API end points, database design, configuring a unit or system testing, dockerizing an application, building and deploying web applications as well as marketing to end users.
