I have experience developing and integrating enterprise healthcare software using C++, Java, and JavaScript. I kept my programming skills alive by working on side hustles. As co-founder of Career Boot Camp Coaches LLC, we built a full-stack web application focused on career development written with Mongo, Node.JS, and Angular.JS.

I managed a global environment support team, introducing ITIL best practices while positioning the team for the future. I recently was in charge of Design Operations for a User Experience team of 150.

I led development teams as a scrum master and as a Software Engineering Manager. This involved understanding and promoting agile lean development practices. I have managed local and global development teams by providing strategic direction while growing the workforce.

I spent over five years on the User Experience team managing and recently handling all team operations with inspiration from the concept of Design Ops.
