Mr. Roman Evarist holds B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) in Tanzania, he attended technical training in data science, monitoring and evaluation courses from Florida International University (FIU) – USA and Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) respectively. He has over 6 years combined working experience in different donor funded programs and research projects on monitoring and evaluation; project management; database management; computer application programming; micro-controllers and sensors’ programming. He is well experienced in designing and developing M&E frameworks, systems and tools to track and measure programs implementation including data quality assessment (DQA).
