My name’s Joshua, I’m over 30's, I have worked as a software engineer and performing other kinds of roles for several companies including startups for over more than 9-10 years, in agile teams, working mostly on QA and SDET (Test Automation), with Javascript and others as part of my portfolio experiences.

I prefer to work in small teams and see the direct impact I have on a project and on the organization at the same time, I normally support the organization at the leadership level in many cases and aspects of daily operations.
