I'm primarily a frontend dev for Instrument in Portland, Oregon, a digital marketing agency with clients like Google, Nike, Snapchat, Dropbox, LinkedIn, Stumptown Coffee and many more. Prior to that I lived in NYC for 5 years working primarily for Animoto, a successful video & slideshow app with over 20 million users including over 1 million businesses.

I've coded with many technologies over the course of nearly two decades, most recently React, React Native, Unity for Vive, and Swift/Objective-C for iOS. In that time I've also led teams, managed projects, spoken at conferences on my own work, authored a chapter for an OSS book and done a lot of real-world UX problem-solving.

Outside of work I love travel, being a dad, and occasionally playing music with bands or friends.
