I bought an Atari ST 28 years ago and became an enthusiastic programmer ever since. I am very thankful for the many solutions to my code problems I have found on Stackoverflow, so I want to give something back sometimes, even if I am not the most experienced or industrialstandard-following programmer. That being said, I think what counts in the end is efficiency. I coded in various BASIC dialects, Pascal, C, Cpp, Java, Javascript, Assembler, PHP, Perl, Monkey-X, Lua, C# and a few others. As a graphics artist, musician and soundengineer I have found my fusion of art disciplins in games and multimedia application design. I did some average sized (100k+ lines) projects for Windows/D3D, which I enjoy much more than to use existing open source modules and libraries. To me, what makes a good programming language is a complete documentation with systematic "see also" linking.
I live in switzerland, like cooking, gardening, movies, Fender guitars, Hendrix, Vai, Malmsteen...
