I'm retired but what does that really mean? That means I don't work for someone else directly, but my personality type doesn't allow me to sit still. Since leaving Microsoft in Sept or 2017 I've programmed full time using problems that irritated me as fuel. A certain music service wouldn’t scramble my large playlists correctly. I used their APIs to create my only scramble algorithm. I wanted to create a website to track my travels and share my track with friends. Others wanted to track their trips so now it is a multiuser site. See my website link below.

I’m also an addictive learner. I was very out of date on web programming, so I decided to bring it up to speed. I chose ASP.NET MVC as my weapon of choice. I also like working with Azure, SQL and have been around the .NET framework since before it was released. Seriously I was around when the fights about naming conventions took place. Yes I’m a bit older.

For fun I like traveling in our RV around the country, cooking and fixing just about anything that needs it. I’ve been known to work on things that probably didn’t need fixing too.
