Variational foundations for coupling continuum mechanics physics, Fluid-Structure Interaction, non-linear solid mechanics. Computational Mechanics. Variational foundations for studying physical phenomenas at many length-scales, Multiscale analysis. Multiscale Constitutive modeling of heterogeneous media. Topological-Shape optimization of domains employing the concept of Topological Gradient for specific cost functional. Inverse Problems.
