I naturally love Object-Oriented Programming languages that benefit from strong-typing. It allows for precision and performance coding and can be the only solid base for a large-scale project. I have also grown very interested in the ML algorithm family, a basic tool for the development of future applications and systems. The projects i am mostly involved combine these aspects and test them under the harsh environment of big-data or streaming data. As technologies and platforms keep popping up and evolving, it is a real challenge to make strategic decisions in adapting or abandoning a framework. However, it is also an optimistic proof that our community is alive and flourishing.
