Data Scientist, worked with all sorts of Biological Big Data, e.g. Protein MD and NGS. Love DBs, Data mining and pattern searching. My favorite tools are Julia, R, Ruby, Crystal, mawk, bash (trying Vlang atm) etc on Linux and macOS.
