• Primary responsibility for developer practices, technical choices, and design at all levels.
• Continual refactoring of continuous delivery pipelines to maximise productivity
• Migration of all microservices to Spring Cloud, and to the latest Spring Boot 2.3.x
• Migration of all microservices from Java 8 through to Java 15
• Migration of all microservices to Kubernetes
• Promotion of metrics and alerting, load testing, performance testing, and black-box testing
• Heavily involved with recruitment
