I am an Australian ex-pat software consultant and developer living in Germany with my beautiful wife.

I have a background in Microsoft technologies from my experience as a consultant at Fujitsu.

After moving to Germany I've picked up plenty of new experiences including NoSQL and various open source technologies, most recently Scala, Akka, Spray and Postgres.

I mostly enjoy working with Microsoft technologies and I think the direction Microsoft is going makes for an exciting time to work in software.

I enjoy the challenges inherit in my field of work, and the people I have the opportunity to work with.

I deeply disagree with those who think that language X is better than language Y.
