• operate with SSH and VPN tunnels
• write on the linux shell
• use MVC frameworks like Ruby on Rails
• write on Ruby and PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, HAML, LESS, JSON, XML, YAML, SQL
• make comments on the code
• test a code with Rspec, Factory Girls, sometimes with Cucumber
• deploy a code with Mina, Shell scripts, sometimes with Capistrano
• track to Hamster, Redmine
• communicate with collegues
